1 cup of oatmeal with a cup of milk and a piece of cheese with low fat content: Microwave 180 seconds.

Fry up to 2 cups of egg whites and oatmeal mix.

Wash the pot with cold water, and eating.

5 minutes and is sorted!

Everyone has to be 5 minutes in the morning, so you as long as you want!

How about a smoothie that are fast and depending on what you can fill a very nutritious breakfast to make the leap.

Smoothie recipe easy healthy:
Buttermilk, 1 teaspoon of powder used
Fruit serving (1 / 2 banana 1 or a handful of berries are perfect)
Pot 1 cup yogurt (lite, if you're watching your weight)
8 ounces of pure water.
Whirl in a blender and you're ready to go.

You can also use 2 tablespoons of peanut butter that tastes wonderful with chocolate whey powder.

Also add 1 / 2 of simply cooked oatmeal (cooked overnight, aliquoted and then just keep in the fridge. In this way, I can add that the morning without taking the time to cook or worried) about the heat.

Well, they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I am sure that cereal bars are good, but it was like waking up 15 minutes earlier than usual, if you have time for breakfast.

Cook eggs and keep them handy in the fridge! Even if you do not like egg yolks, eat only the whites and is an excellent source of protein. Follow with a green apple, you hold the full until lunch! Both are very mobile and very healthy.
